Fell For The Plug Next Door Page 6
We finished eating our food until it was time to go pick up Zanaya. When we made it to the school, Zanaya’s teacher informed me that Timeka had picked her up early today. She came to the shop and caused a scene, only to come and pick her up anyway. Yeah, I should have let Roscoe bite her in the ass. I wanted to chill some more with Ivy, but I needed to get back to the shop so I could start on a simple paint job and custom rims. I backed in my spot, and saw Zanaya open her mama’s car door and run over to me.
"Hey, Daddy! Mama made me tell her where you lived," she whispered. Timeka got out the car and walked towards me and Zanaya.
"So, you out wining and dining bitches, but couldn't get your daughter from school?" Timeka stood with her hands across her chest.
"What, you hungry? I got a doggy bag in the car. Don’t worry about what I do with my time, and what have I told you about your mouth around my daughter?" I gritted my teeth.
"I'll talk how the fuck I want to talk. This must be the bitch I heard you fucking inside your office. She's cute, better than the ugly hoe you had up in there last week." She looked over at Ivy.
“Cool it with the bitch word.” Ivy warned her, and Timeka acted like she didn’t hear her.
Timeka was lying through her teeth, and if my daughter wasn't here, I would have chocked her ass out. Zanaya gave Ivy a hug, and showed her the nail color on her feet, and Timeka went gorilla crazy.
"I know this ain't the bitch that was at the nail shop too? Oh, you really feeling this hoe, and you got her around my daughter! Bitch, get the fuck away from my child, before I drag you up and down this sidewalk."
"Thanks for lunch, and I'll see you later, Zanaya." Ivy walked off. I had saw plenty of fights, and the look Ivy gave Timeka would have made my ass shut up, but Timeka continued to press the issue.
"Yeah, take yo home wrecking ass on somewhere. Up here trying to play nice with my daughter, while your nasty ass fucking a man you barely know. My daughter don't need to be around no hoe. And how many times do I have to tell you to keep your nasty ass women from around my daughter?!"
Ivy turned back around, and I gave Zanaya the key so she could go back inside. Damn, Ivy was quick, because soon as Zanaya closed the door, Ivy went in Timeka’s shit. Timeka didn't stand a chance against Ivy, and the way Ivy was beating her ass, I knew I had to break it up, or Timeka would need to go to the hospital.
"Bitch! Let me go, Zane! Bitch, you ain't shit but talk." Ivy tried to get out of the hold I had on her.
Timeka tried to rush Ivy, but I stopped her, making her fall on her ass. Timeka would just have to take this L, because if I let Ivy loose, she was going to finish her off. Timeka’s lip was already leaking, and her weave was all over her head.
"Bitch, you don't know shit about me, but I know way more about your ass. You got a sweet lil girl up there, and look how you out here carrying on, like you a side chick or some shit. You damn right, I fucked your baby daddy, and you better be glad you showed up when you did, because I was about to ride that dick again. But, um, no need, boo. I live next door, and this dick is just a knock away." Ivy Rose took out her keys and started jingling them in Timeka’s face.
I didn't expect Ivy to walk up to me, grab my dick, and lock lips with mine. That shit was bold, sexy, and my dick was hard as a brick. I had to slide back up in her for what she just pulled.
"You pushed me! You pushed a pregnant woman." Timeka yelled. Good thing everyone was at work, and no one called the police, because this girl was tripping.
"I hope like hell you are pregnant, so that nigga can deal with your shit now. Timeka, just go home and go help our daughter with her homework. She has a science project that's due tomorrow." I told her. I whispered in Ivy’s ear to go in her house, and I would be by before I left to go back to work.
I called Zanaya down, and assured her everything was good, and I would be at the school to get her on Friday for the weekend. I'm positive her ass was watching through the window, but this wouldn't be the first time Zanaya saw her mama fight. Timeka sped off, and I got back in my car. I couldn't go a whole day without some type of bullshit going on, and majority of it stemmed from Timeka. We had to sit down and have a talk, because this couldn't keep going on, especially if she wanted to keep custody of my daughter. I needed to go apologize to Ivy too. I got out the car, and the door was opened before I could knock. Ivy was standing at the door, butt ass naked. I picked her up, closed the door with my foot, and carried her to her bedroom. Her pussy was my kryptonite, it took my mind off everything.
Sunjai
This last week as been pure hell, and I didn't know if I was going or coming. Life without Melo was good, until I got ready to go to sleep at night, and I was all alone. He hadn't called me, or stopped by, and that wasn't like him. At first, I thought he was in jail, but I called all the county jails, and he wasn't locked up. I went as far to call his grimy ass mama, and she didn't know where he was at either, so I called his grandma. Me and Mrs. Odessa had a great relationship, ever since me and Melo were kids. I had known Melo and most of his family all of my life. His mama was the only one who didn't like me. She was so envious of me and Melo’s relationship, but that was her own damn fault why her son didn't fuck with her. Melo’s mama and Berg’s mama used to smoke to crack together, so it was Melo’s grandma who raised him. By the time she got her shit together, Melo was grown and had learned to adjust to life without her ass. Mrs. Odessa never lied to me, and when she told me that she chased off Melo and some girl that wasn't me, around her house. My heart broke into even more tiny pieces, that he thought another bitch was good enough to meet his grandma. Me and Melo had been together since we were fourteen, and for ten years, he was the only man I had let inside me. I talked a lot of shit, and I conversated with other niggas, but I've never let another nigga a feel what my insides felt like. I wasn't even hurt that he had another bitch. I was hurt because this really was the end of an era. Tears fell down my eyes, as I looked at the hospital release I was holding in my hands. I didn't even know I was pregnant, until I woke up one morning, and blood was everywhere.
I called Ivy over and she rushed me to the hospital. She had been with me all this week, but she had used up all her sick time, so she had to go to work tonight. I didn't want to get back with Melo, but being that I was pregnant with his child, I felt like he should know. I ain't looking for sympathy, because like the songs goes, this shall pass, but no one should be alone during something this tragic. I got up from the bed and went to my closet to put some clothes on. My mama had been calling me like crazy, so I was going to go pop up on her and my granny. I refused to stay in this house like a depressed bitch.
"Sunaji, girl, get yo narrow ass in this house. Yo mama was about to call missing persons on you. Where the hell you been any damn way? You look hungry, you want something to eat?" My grandma Patty asked. I hugged her and went to go lay on the couch.
"Whew, Granny, I've been going through it." I told her.
"Please don't tell me it's that nigga again? I swear, Sunjai, that boy must got the magic stick, because you've been dick crazy since you first met him." Grandma Patty turned off the TV.
My granny was my baby, and owned one third of my heart. I could tell my granny anything and she would always tell me the real. She always spreading wisdom and speaking from her soul. At the age of eighty- two she was still a firecracker.
"Mama, what I told you about talking like that?" My mama, Tessa, came down the stairs.
"And what have I told you, Quintessa? I'm the mama, and you the child, so stay in your place. That child is grown, and probably getting more dick then you and me both."
"Granny! Don't nobody want to hear that! And who you are bumping pelvis with anyway?"
"Girl, nobody but Assuarance." Me and my mama laughed.
"Y’all can laugh if y’all want to, but this eighty-two-year-old thing is in good shape. Like my boy, Quavo, say, I can walk it like I talk it. That's what having good dick will do for an old lady."

Granny, how you know about the Migos?”
“I was sitting out on the porch a while back, and some hoodlum came riding down the street with his music blasting. I liked it, so I looked it up on YouTube.”
"Mama, keep on, and I'm putting you right in the nursing home with Aunt Lena, you do too damn much.” My mama fussed.
"I hope you do, and I'm taking your name off my will, see if I leave you a pot to cook in. I don’t know why y’all acting like I'm dead. Chile, y’all better stop sleeping on me, y’all gon’ miss me one day."
"Mama, take your medicine and stop talking that foolishness. Now, where the hell you been?” My mama turned her attention to me. “You weren't answering your phone, and Melo’s number changed, what the hell going on with y’all two?"
“The usual. I caught him with a bitch at my house.”
My mama gasped, and my granny just shook her head. I went on and continued to tell them everything, even the miscarriage I had a few days ago. My mama was mad, and wanted to ride out to find Melo, but I told her to let him be. My mama didn’t play about me and she would fuck Melo up if she found him. I prayed she didn’t call my daddy after I left, because he wasn’t no better. I was their only child, and my daddy would kill Melo if he knew half of the things he had done to me.
“Baby, God did you a favor. Just imagine if you didn’t have a miscarriage, you’d be stuck with that nigga for the rest of your life.” My mama told me.
“I’m trying to tell you. You young women get on my damn nerves, I tell you. I can’t even say I’m surprised, because I told your ass along time ago that boy wasn’t no good. Y’all sitting up here talking about finding and fucking him up, for what? What the hell did he do? He ain’t do shit but what he been doing! All the signs have been there from the beginning, and you chose to ignore them, now you sitting up here broken hearted. Y’all sit up here and chase after a man, instead of making that motherfucker chase after you. Let that nigga worry where you at. What time you coming back, and who you with. You calling around like his people ain’t gon’ tell him. Now watch, after he finish playing, he gon’ think his ass can come home.”
“Granny, I got the locks changed.”
“And what the hell is that supposed to mean? You got the key, don’t you? You know how many times I changed the locks, and opened it right back up? You can change the locks, change your number, you can do all the things you can to convince yourself that you don’t need that man, but ain’t none of that stuff going to work if you still in love with him. If you checking your phone, emails, and that damn Facebook, he still got you. If you moping around like ya damn dog then died, he still got you. You want to know when you done with a man? When you can see him with another woman and not give two damns.”
“Granny, I’m there. I don’t care who Melo is with, she can have him. I’m tired of him hurting me, and thinking I’m some weak ass bitch.”
“There you go, baby! Boss the hell up on that nigga.”
“Granny, what you know about bossing up? That’s what they teach y’all down at the church?”
“Chile, I’ve been reading them books ya mama buy on Amazon, and them some boss bitches. I’ve been all at the church house looking for me Mayhem or Baptiste.”
“Ok Ma, it’s time for you to go to bed, and I told you to stay out my room.”
“This my damn house, and I’ll go where I damn well please.”
My mama and granny stayed going at each other’s necks. My mama moved in with my granny last year, when my granny had a stroke. My papa passed away when I was in the fifth grade. Whenever I talked to my granny, she always left me something to think about. I damn sure wasn’t going to let Melo destroy me, so the only choice I had was to fix myself and boss up. I was pretty, fine as fuck, and the only thing that was holding me back was Melo. I called my phone service provider, and changed my number to a private number. There was only three people who needed my number, my mama, Granny, and Ivy. After I texted them my new number, I blocked Melo from all my social pages. He was obsessed with Facebook and Instagram, and that’s where he mostly found his hoes. I would box the rest of his shit I found when I was cleaning up, and drop it off on his grandma’s porch. Tomorrow was a new day, and my first day of bossing up. I kissed both my mama and granny goodbye, and told them I would be back on Sunday.
“Ok, bitch, now you showing the fuck out. You about to stuff all that ass in them lil ass shorts, ain’t you?”
“Girl, I’m about to bless nigga’s game at this block party. They can look, but it’s gon’ cost some money, a pair of red bottoms, or a utility bill, to touch this ass.” I bent over and made my ass clap.
“Ok, bitch, I know that’s right. How does this look?” Ivy asked me.
It was five pm, and it was hot as hell outside. Ivy had on Adidas dress that had colored designs in it, with a pair of ice white Adidas classics. That dress fit her curves, and she changed her hair into a curly, platinum blonde bob. Me, on the other hand, put on the smallest shorts I could find, and matched it with a Supreme crop top hoodie. I didn’t give a fuck if my cheeks were showing, that was the whole point, I was showing my ass off today.
We took Ivy’s car, because the air in my car was still broke. I needed to get me a new car, but I was waiting on Melo to give me the money. Money I never saw, so it was all on me now. We pulled up in the hood, and cars were bumper to bumper. Berg and Zane really had brought the city out, because we were at a standstill. Other people said fuck it, and left their shit in the middle of the street, and got out and walked. Couldn’t no tow truck get through this bitch, so we did the same thing. Every direction I turned, there was a fine ass nigga, and these coochie cutter ass shorts were doing the trick. Me and Ivy got stopped so many times by niggas, we thought we would never make it to the area the cars were in.
“You looking for Zane, ain’t you?” I asked Ivy, already knowing the answer.
“No, I’m not, but do you see him?” Ivy looked around the park.
I laughed. “You never could lie, but I think that’s him over there talking to Berg. C’mon, let’s go see what they doing.”
We walked over to the pimped-out car Berg and Zane were at, and someone jerked my arm back. I turned around, and it was Melo. He eyed me up and down, and I knew that look all to well. That nigga would never get to look, taste, or feel, this pussy, ever again in life. When we first walked up, I noticed a bitch in his face.
“You can’t speak?” He turned the can of beer he was drinking up.
“What’s good, Melo?” I said, before walking away.
Ivy and Zane were talking, and I started to feel like the third wheel. Knowing Melo was here wasn’t any better. I told myself I would just look the other way, but I couldn’t stop looking at him. I kept trying to see was his bitch going to show up, but he was smiling in different hoe’s faces, and it was starting to piss me off. We hadn’t been apart for two weeks, and Melo was showing me just how much respect he had for me.
“Man, sis, just go and talk to the nigga, and stop sitting over here with a mug on your face.”
“Berg, leave me alone. Don’t act like you care now, you knew that nigga was playing me, but what do I expect? Y’all the same type of niggas.”
“Damn, Sunjai, I ain’t like that nigga. First off, who I stay with? Nobody, that’s who. Who I’m here trying to wife up? No fucking body. I’m single, and I don’t owe the bitches an explanation. The only woman that can ask me where I’m at is my baby mama, and that’s because she has my son. You and my boy got history, and I don’t want to see y’all lose that over these thirsty ass hoes.”
I sucked my teeth. “Boy, please. You been staring at my pussy since you saw me walk over here. Like I said, y’all all the same.” Berg chuckled, and walked away.
“Why the fuck that nigga in your face? You fucking that nigga?” Melo was now standing in my face.
“Get the fuck out my face, and go entertain them other bitches. You got a whole girlfriend, and you out here worried about who I’m
fucking. Damn, you think that low of me that I would sleep with your best friend? Get the fuck on somewhere, Melo.”
“Nah, fuck that, I saw the way that nigga was looking at you, but I can’t blame him. You out here dressed like you trying to sell some pussy. Got your ass all out for these thirsty ass niggas. You put this shit on because you knew I would be here, didn’t you? You want a nigga back, don’t you?”
“Melo, get your drunk ass out my face.”
“Can we go somewhere and talk? I miss you, baby.”
I sighed. “Say what the fuck you have to say right here.” I knew this would be the only way he would leave me alone.
“Baby, I’m sorry, and I want to come back home. I’m tired of playing in the streets, a nigga ain’t had a decent meal, a good night’s rest, or some good, good, pussy in a while. I’m ready to be the man you need, baby.”
“I’m tired of trying to breathe life into you, Melo. I gave our relationship so much CPR, I need a fucking oxygen tank. I’m tired of that shit, and from here on out, if it’s dead, it’s dead. I ain’t breathing life into shit that don’t breathe the same energy back into me. Nigga, you can’t stop looking a bitch ass long enough to hear what I’m telling you. You a fucking joke, Melo, I’m done entertaining clowns.”
He pissed me off, and time, after time, he showed me to my face he didn’t care. I didn’t care anymore either, which is why I kept the miscarriage to myself. We didn’t have shit else to discuss, fuck Melo. Melo started grabbing on my shirt and pulling on my shorts. I slapped his hand away, and he slapped fire out my ass. This was the Melo that I dealt with when no one was looking. I saw a glass beer bottle laying next to my foot, I picked it up and tried to knock it over his head, by Zane stopped me, while Berg was shoving him away from me. Melo started to pick a fight with Berg, claiming me and him were fucking, and Berg was trying to steal me away from him. Out of nowhere, Ivy ran passed Berg, and jumped on his back, beating him in his head. Zane let me go and pulled Ivy off of Melo. Melo was so drunk, that he swung at Zane, but Zane ducked and caught him in the chest. Melo fell to the ground to and he didn’t move, I hope that bitch was dead. Ivy helped me off the ground, and told Zane we were about to go. We couldn’t get out, because we were blocked in, so Zane let Ivy use his car to take me home.
